GJL REAL ESTATE invests in the hotel real estate sector across various segments, with operations in Germany and Canada, and is launching operations in Brazil.
In addition to the hotel sector, GJL is embarking on a new phase in the construction of residential properties that utilize sustainable building methods, including waterless construction, recycled materials, and low carbon emissions.
We began by acquiring and building hotels, then moved on to acquiring established hotels, retrofitting them, and implementing standardized corporate governance, supply chain management, and human resources systems across all our properties.
To develop sustainable projects around the world, providing comfort, safety, mobility, and, above all, sustainability—projects that do not harm the environment, using dry construction methods, water recycling systems in the common areas of commercial and residential complexes, and the installation of autonomous energy generation and supply systems.
